Pros
Plenty of hours available before pandemic.
Cons
Short staffed because lack of proper management. There were favorites in employees and managers would always be hiding or annoyed if you needed help. At first everyone seems nice but eventually you find that the work place is very toxic.

Pros
The pay is fairly decent in comparison to working at a traditional spa with half the amount of body work required. The 3 different shifts offer a lot flexible shifts for the individual person and management goes above and beyond to help with request off if time is needed. The work environment is inviting as all the Co workers are pretty cool with each other.
Cons
The shuttle to come to work sucks.
