Automatic dialer

Pros

Remote work. That's it the only pro.

Cons

Worst sales system ever. They had an automatic dialer that would just keep dialing the next # and you didn't know which client you were calling until they answered. There was no way to be prepared for your sales call, which is the exact opposite of effectiveness.

Not the best managing team

Pros

- Good Salary if you reside in Lebanon. - Most employees are within the same age range. - All equipment and IT assistance available. - Training sessions are paid. - Commissions are presented to anyone who sells. - Breaks are available at any time, as long as it doesn't exceed an hour a day. - It's only good to apply to this position, if you're an undergrad looking for an additional income or experience in a professional setting,

Cons

- Team leaders are not easy to work with, the person responsible for the sales teams does not know how to act professionally in the office setting (for example: shouts at employees if disturbed), thinks he's better than anyone around (which he's not), is rude and has limited decency. - The company is Canadian based, however, if you're employed in a different country, in my case Lebanon, you're paid significantly less for the same effort, I believe the company that helps Yellow Pages hire employees in Lebanon takes the majority of our salaries, since YP sends them in full, and we're only given a small part of our base salaries. - Work environment is unnecessarily stressful. - Limited promotions, and career development. Unless, you plan on taking on a career in sales.
