Euroccor: The specialist in failure

Pros

*The HR-department offers sufficient support whenever you are moving to Bulgaria.

Cons

* Productive employees are under appreciated and not rewarded. Sometimes the top performers have to lower their productivity to make the team look better. * The monthly salary of Euroccor is substantial lower than their competitors and they also do not offer any reasonable benefits. * Internal promotions are gained by threatening to resign, instead of working hard for it. * No screening whenever they're hiring new employees. * Conclusions and decisions made by the management is based on rumors instead of checking the facts. *Lack of transparency and communication between the different departments and projects. * For a period of six months the monthly payments were delayed. * Training are often rushed, and they do not provide enough information. * Questionable decision making by the management. * Lack of space inside the company, yet they do not allow employees to work from home, which would be beneficial to both the company and the employee since Euroccor is lacking computers and computer peripherals.

Dear employee, Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear you do not have a very nice experience with Euroccor. Constructive criticism enables us to continuously improve our organization and services and to better meet both our clients’ and our employees’ needs and expectations. Euroccor truly believes that our people are our best asset and they are the ones who “Make a difference”. We are constantly working towards positive changes in our company, that will improve the processes, the working environment, and will allow us to better invest in our people’s potential. However, we are operating in a very dynamic market which requires us to be flexible and make fast decisions and therefore we understand that sometimes this can cause miscommunication or even frustration in particular situations. Making changes and improving our organization, unfortunately, doesn’t always happen overnight and sometimes it takes longer than we wish. In any case, we take the feedback seriously and we will aim to improve. Euroccor

Pros

Nice collegues, as an NL its good to also work With french people And bulgarian. Free coffee. The teams leader are great.

Cons

Too much to mention. But the worst its the manager is a crazy person who are a cocaïne addict. He use it everyday and there is a répercution on his character. He also lie a lot. And Always escape when an employee want tell him something. I cant move now from the company because they hold them employees by the fact if WE move before 7 month, they took 500 e from our salary. I just wait the end of my contract in few month And move.

Pros

The only positive thing of that company are the collegues, I've made a lot of friends, but this can't be enough

Cons

- There is no communications between different departments, HR, management and payroll company don't speak to each other. So sometimes management know that you are sick, but HR doesn't know. HR have the duty to keep trace of every employee, but if team leaders don't communicate with them, they can't do their job - The training doesn't exist: I was lucky because I had a training of a week, but in general, after two days they throw you to your desk and you have to start to work. You don't know anything about the system. So new employees have to constantly ask to collegues how to do things, slowing down the job and the productivity. There is not a trainer: team leaders have to do the training, and in the meantime they should do meetings with the CEO or with the client. It is not organized at all. - There are a few people that really work and a lot that do nothing. People that check their facebook wall, other that use the mobile phone while they are on their desk, other collegues that play with browser games. You wonder if you are in a working place or in an internet point. There is no control from the management or from team leaders at all. They pass near you, they see facebook opened and they say nothing. - Salaries are not always paid on time, once we had a delay of one week. People have to pay rents and bills. If there is a delay of even one day, you should immediately communicate to your employees that there is a delay, why there is this delay and when we are going to receive our money, since I don't work for free, I am sorry. - There is no way that you can grow in that company, I only saw like two promotions in almost two years. Bonuses are ridicoulous. - People use drugs in the bathroom, it is unaccettable in a working space. You can do what you want outside the office, I don't judge you, it's a personal choice, but inside the building, you should have a little bit of moral, in my opinion.
