They deducted 20,000 AED (over 4000 GBP) from my final payment in complete violation of what was written in the contract. I've tried to contact the HR Director, Dean, and the Provost about the issue, but all have completely ignored my emails.

everything is nice and no cons

There was very poor communication between management and faculty/staff. Years ago, there were regular, (monthly), town hall meetings which provided a positive opportunity for management to communicate with faculty/staff and to let faculty know about decision making that was on the horizon. In my last two years of employment, (up to 2021), those meetings decreased to once a semester, and even then the interaction with faculty was almost non-existent.

University is going through a transitional period.

The administration doesn't care about faculty and staff. Mysterious, nonsensical decisions are announced at the last minute, compliance mandatory. Employment can be terminated at any time. It's not clear that they care about students, either. The students are mostly charming, sweet, and willing, but they lack the necessary preparation to be in university. Teaching here is mainly remedial. Students cheat and plagiarize constantly.

Management - both at senior and College level leave a lot to be desired

Except for these pros. Don't be surprised to see almost 80% of your students bought their assignments from WhatsApp group and force you to give them A.
