I am working in ZenCode for more than a year as a Snr BDE, As a sales guy closing target is the primary mantra. During some hard months even though I failed to close the target Management understands and gave suggestions to over come the situation. Management gave enough freedom to do R&D that definitely helped me to increase my knowledge. Work timing helps to balance personal life and work. I have seen some negative reviews about the company, Those who performs well dont even need to consider about lay off, Vice Versa. None of the management in the world runs the company as a Darmasala.
