Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honesty, and it is great to hear you are enjoying aspects such as the apprenticeship scheme, the early finishes on Fridays and the wider range of benefits available.
We recognise that retention is an area we will always look to strengthen. Our current average tenure is four years, which is considerably higher than the UK recruitment industry average. Across the sector, typical tenure is often between one and a half and two and a half years, particularly in entry level or sales focused roles. We believe our stronger retention reflects the investment we make in our people and the clear opportunities for growth and progression within the business.
Our bonus structure is constantly evolving to reflect the complexity of the current recruitment environment and to better support the way we work. We do not operate a 360-recruitment model, and this is a deliberate decision. We believe it enables us to upskill and develop our people more effectively, better meet the demands of today’s recruitment market, and deliver excellence to our customers. Our Career Ladders also allow individuals to gain deep expertise aligned to their strengths, while encouraging cross functional collaboration and personal development.
We proactively discuss and plan employee development pathways during one to ones, mid-year appraisals and annual reviews. These provide a space for managers and employees to reflect on achievements and set clear development goals together. We actively encourage employee input in shaping these pathways.
We value feedback like yours and will continue to listen, adapt, and improve. Thank you again for your input.
