      Pros

      A very calm and neat n clean office Friendly management and reporting manager Round the year interactive sessions with colleagues Anyone-approach-anyone open environment Growth opportunities as all teams are growing Management open to ideas and discussion

      Cons

      Some of old slags who contribute nothing but treat new joinee as 'freshers to college' Location: difficult to identify despite being on main road

      Pros

      Sometime you realize value of people only after you leave them. I realized value of this firm only after leaving it. AnovIP was my first job in IP. Thought this firm is big but they manage to keep a track of every employee's work. I never wholely agreed to their random reviews but now i realize it is important to have such checks and feedback. It only helped me grow in my profession. Such reviews but very informative in nature and not just blown in your face. People, including Managers and Managements, was very friendly. I now miss this at my current employment. I miss those reviews and free discussion. I miss those Any time - Any point discussion with peers and seniors in meeting rooms.

      Cons

      Only downside I can think of is more clean eating area

      Pros

      Nothing specific, even cafeteria is not good. Before joining you have read all policies very careful, you may get screwed at last

      Cons

      All are cons, bad management, extra long work timings, too much high projects with less salary nothing like comp off. Not true to their employees, treating and handling employees like slaves. Even good reviews here are posted by hr only. Cheap management, just be aware. Check out other companies they are far better in salary timing and management
