      Pros

      - Working for leader who truly cares about healthcare in Ontario - The team is an absolute joy to be around. So much fun. - Really interesting and difficult problems to try and solve - Great to be on the front line of healthcare - not many people get the opportunity to be so close to the patient if you are in a non-clinical role

      Cons

      - Public sector pay..but if you're passionate about the problems you're solving, it doesnt matter - Need to come up with a sustainable business model to keep the projects afloat - Lack of focus, too many projects, not enough $$ or people

      Pros

      Very high impact, meaningful work with lots of opportunities to learn and try new things. Team has a great culture and is a fun group of people.

      Cons

      Lack of focus means there is a lot going on and it can get overwhelming.

      - The team is made up of some really amazing people, committed to the work they do and the people they are doing it for. Work culture and company values are great. - For individuals that show initiative and really apply themselves, opportunities for career growth are great. - The work is meaningful. It’s tough at times but the wins are motivating - Management care about employees and there is an open door policy at all times - Work is unique and varied. A lot of opportunity in different areas

      Cons

      - the team is doing a lot. Timelines can be stressful at times
