Changes over the last few years have affected some areas of the business- potentially change management not landed as well as it could have.

Pros

Almost 2 years in the company, first half was spent working in the call centre which was fun. There was a good balance of staff and no-one really had any problems. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Benefits were good, we were split between 4 teams and each month the winning team got a day out, also we got monthly bonuses.

Cons

When Connect Distribution took us over it quickly became sour. The closed our London call centre down, leaving only our head office (which I had moved to), customer service was no longer the same as the Birmingham staff were quite unprofessional and didn't know much about the products or finding the correct item for customers. Eventually the London head office had closed, but I had already left by then, so now the company is permanently in Birmingham. I wouldn't recommend this company now, but I previously would have.
