      Small company with strong focus on people. Low rates of attrition. Lots of people have stayed with company for more than 10+ years

      No Career growth, no employee benefit , No learning ,Zero Communication ,

      You can work less and bill more .

      Cons

      1. No career growth . 2. No Communication or updates from HRs. 3. No Appraisal meeting . No appraisal / Hike communication . You will see you salary credited and the either demand from HR whats the hike or calculate yourself percentage . 3. No learning - You may have to learn things on your own as you do not get much new opportunities to learn 4. Onshore takes away all good work and rest comes to offshore 5. Irrespecticve of how good you are at your work , how quick you are in learnuing , how smart you are , you wont grow until you are a Delivery Manager .
