      Pros

      The people are good and friendly.

      Cons

      Management is over-occupied with minute details which hinder the process of the business. I tried with a good amount of effort to enjoy myself while working hard, however, it was a very difficult environment to be happy in.

Management continually works to balance the needs of the employees as well as the company to create a pleasant working environment. gSource is ISO certified and follows GDP (good documentation practices) which is key and necessary for ISO forms, SOP’s, Work Instruction, and etc.

      *Training program to understand company culture. *Supportive work culture and friendly staff. *Challenging yet stimulating work tasks assigned. *Small but not intimidating work environment. *Great experience overall and will be forever grateful for the opportunity provided.
