      They threaten employees

      good colleagues but everyone leaves

      Cons

      the head of the company not relieve and threatening if employees get offers from other companies. he files FIR with the police and harasses employees calling them dogs. there are no projects and all talented people leave. they raised money to help with Chennai flood but the company doesn't show account of where the money went.

      bit of technology.... hmmm now that too gone

      A lot. # Those who butters the managers can survive. # No major projects for last 2 years. # Many efficient top level managers left. Note: Most of the 5 stared reviews are by a small team (freshers) in Trichy as it has been advised to do. Recently people who has left the company (around 10 persons) were sued for 1 crore compensation.

      Nothing much... Salary will be credited on time, but working here is a pain in the back

      Two points from NDA to be signed: 1) The work experience and software knowledge of the "Employee" at the time of recruitment by "iLink" is not sufficient for him/her to perform at full efficiency the job for which he/she has been recruited by "iLink". In order to make the employee fit, capable, trained, efficient and qualified to handle the project undertaken by "iLink" the company has been periodically engaging the services of experts. 2) The company may also postpone the acceptance of or even reject the letter of resignation submitted by "The Employee". The decision of "iLink" in this regard shall be final and not open to challenge by "The Employee".
