Despite the best efforts of my direct manager and team, the toxic culture that trickled down from up top couldn't be stopped.

good culture, nice people, good support systems

Cons

pay too low, only get bonus if you cross sell into other insurance fields and they have to buy to met target. You could sell 100 policies a week but if no cross sells no bonus
