Pros

Initially, the Internship training was good which resembles actual corporate life, I learned industry required technologies(Spring boot, Angular) by practice before actually entering the IT world. Now working for JPMC as a Full Stack Developer(Tornado, React). And the trainers have good experience in teaching. Best thing about this program is we will get chance to work with Big MNCs like JPMC, MS etc, later it depends on our skill set. One needs to be good at what they had learnt in the training program before attending the interviews with these companies. We also get chance to learn with other geeks like us, I had fun learning with them. They made the training like a cake walk. Now in JPMC, I'm in a good team, they're very supportive whenever I need their help. They guide me to choose what is perfect for me especially my team lead.

Cons

Just wanted to mention one thing, I didn't get any benefits that corporate employees get from their companies expect the medical insurance, from either companies during my tenure. Sometimes I felt like, I don't belong to any company.

Pros

As a fresher get to work with so many talented people and in such a big organisation and their training program was most useful one to be fearlessly survive in the field

Cons

The process of conversion to the client. The reason why i say this is even though we contribute and give 100% and satisfy the clients their might still be chances like external factors which causes for the alumini to not get converted. So i wish wiley edge to be upfront with this with the students
