Pros

1. No strict rule for office timing 2. HR keeps fun activities

Cons

1. Indian employees are treated as second grade employees. - Top Management takes ages before they send a circular on do's & don't for employees located at client site when the Corona virus had become a pandemic. - FInally top management sends an email asking employees of US, Europe, Japan, Korea to work from home. An email from HR comes immdetialey stating this rule is not valid for o9 India employee (10th march) when this virus had already started getting bigger in India too. - On 17th March, o9 finally decides to extend the work from home to all employees in India , after 1 week. The email also states that work from home means u have to work from home and u cannot go out of home. Do u write these things explicitly for o9 US and o9 Europe employees also, am sure not but for India employee u mention these. Just shows how o9 treats India resources. This is just one example of the many cases I have seen in my 1 year tenure.

Pros

Good exposure to Supply chain domain.

Cons

1: No work life balance everyday you will log minimum 10+ hours. 2: Most of the weekends you will end up working (at-least 2-4 hours without miss), If you work for more than 8 hours on weekend can apply for comp off .But will never get a chance to use comp off. 3:After completion of project, PM will request to take comp off. But before end of the current project new project will be assigned and comp off will be lapsed on March .So it's just becoming a trick nowadays. 4:Due to aggressive project time lines PM's are creating enormous pressure on people working under them. 5:You think this is the Issue only with your project .But every project in o9 is going through same cycle. 6: 3 Months notice period

Pros

There are opportunities to grow but at the same time politics also.

Cons

There is no Work Life Balance especially in Services Team. You are supposed to work from early in the morning till late night and on weekends too. The upper management is not capable of taking any decisions for employee welfare. Indian Employees are treated worst. They are a lot of partial treatment between Indian employees and employees of others region. They didn't give any raise/hike this year citing Covid 19 as reason but on other side they are aggressively hiring.
