Reimagine Ridiculous

Pros

• Chef that cooks decent lunch for free, if you get there in time.

Cons

• TPN has a chef so no one leaves for lunch, another way to micro manage the employees and pay them less for creating POP. • Upper management is disrespectful, crude and aggressive. I've seen multiple people cry from being berated and yelled at over POP. • Work is POP and it is like working for Kinkos. Nothing inspirational comes out of there except for TPN's claim to fame when they had a part in redoing some 7-11's years ago for a retail promotion for The Simpson's, more POP. • Late nights working on POP. • Culture of gossip, over drinking and extreme egos. Egos over POP? • Constant negativity spoken about the clients that provide the paychecks for POP designs. • All creative is provided from other agencies and TPN takes the look and "reimagines" it on POP. • Run away and do not walk if you are offered a job here.

Pros

You become excellent at your job simply from the repetitive, non-stop, no breaks pace.

Cons

They will say there are "some" late nights....when in fact they really mean every night is a late night. Don't make plans on weekdays anymore. Absolutely no value in work/life balance. Those at the very top in leadership have relatively normal work hours however, everyone else (majority of the company) works 8 am-9 pm regularly and pulls all-nighters monthly. The expectation is that you are to have these hours for years and not complain in the hope one day in 10 years you stay at the company and get better hours once you advance in leadership. The amount of work is no joke either. Yes, you can work remotely, but you still will not have time to get up and use the restroom. example) I once went 365 days at the company without a lunch break. It is expected of you to always be working and available.

Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear about your experience at the agency. TPN's HR team is here to support every employee, and can help navigate concerns about working hours, schedules, etc. If the future, please raise these concerns so that they can be addressed directly. TPN has created a culture wherein respect is given to our colleagues - and that includes our colleagues' time. Concerns about burnout and salary should also be addressed in the future with the HR team.
