      Great clients, team, and mission-orientation. Ability to shape the direction of the firm from even an entry-level role. Work-life balance is highly valued.

      Cons

      Client work can be a slog and working for a small business doesn't afford the kinds of perks for salary, benefits, etc. that working for a large corporation affords.
