What is Accenture’s offer acceptance process? I am close to an offer but want to sign quickly. Is there a background check plus sign on bonus? It’s an M/SM role.

Looking to shift into project management out of the architecture/interior design world and would like to land a PM role in another field. I’m doing training courses to prep for PMP certification. Multiple courses are saying you don’t need experience in the specific field a PM job is posted for, but all PM positions I’m seeing are asking for 3-5+ years specialized experience in their field (ex. graphic design, tech, medical). Current Project Managers, how true is this when looking for a job?
