Avalara has been named a 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winner, marking the third consecutive year we’ve received this recognition. The award recognizes organizations that build strong workplace cultures and make employee engagement a core part of how they operate. As Avalara continues evolving as an AI-first company, we’re rethinking how work gets done. Receiving this recognition during a period of significant transformation makes it especially meaningful. We are proud to share that Avalara received a 2024 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award! This award recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world. “Our highly engaged employees known as Avalarians make an impact every day in our fun and inclusive workplace environment, whether they are working remotely or from an Avalara office,” said Ee Lyn Khoo, Chief People Officer at Avalara.
On International Women's Day, Avalarians across the globe came together to celebrate and discuss the impact of women throughout history, how to Embrace Equality, and ways to continue to empower women. Liz Armbruester and Krishna Priya led a panel in Pune and broadcasted across offices, Ana Villega hosted a lecture on self image in São Paulo, and offices hosted lunches catered by women-owned businesses.
We just wrapped our 2022 Company Meeting and are energized by the successes we had in 2021, the ambitious goals set for this year, and the opportunity we had to celebrate Avalarians around the world: the heart of #AvaCulture!
