Today is a big day for British Gas, as with great excitement, we introduce our newest (and fluffiest) customers… the Things! 💙 Our new family aren’t just all soft blue fur, cosy and cute, they represent something really meaningful: the feeling of being with British Gas. That sense of calm, comfort and confidence that everything at home is running smoothly – so our customers can focus on what matters most. This is more than a brand refresh; it’s a reflection of who we are and what we stand for. Our new brand endline, “Taking care of things,” captures our promise to give peace of mind to the millions of homes we serve across Britain – keeping them warm and working. And soon, the Things will be popping up everywhere – helping us connect in a more human and relatable way with our customers. We’re super excited about this next phase for British Gas; we love the Things and what they stand for, but most of all, we hope our customers – and those we’d love to be our customers – do.
