In our recent conversation, ‘From Decision Point’s Coffee Table’ with Tuhina Tomar, HR Consultant at Decision Point Analytics, we spoke about the "Psychology of Employer Branding". With almost a decade of experience, Tuhina has been into employer branding and helping companies build a brand out of them. When asked what qualities are required to be the best at branding, she stated: “Hard work. It may sound like a big word, but it takes you places. Creativity is surely one important thing, but patience is a virtue. Think before you send that mail out. Go for a walk, have coffee, reevaluate, and send it out.” Check out the complete video below and let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

Like your last ten ‘cheat meals’, balance comes in many forms😝. The festive season was big around the world last month. Success is no accident. It involves a lot of hard work, perseverance, studying, learning-unlearning, sacrifice, and most importantly, love for what you are doing. “I grew up learning so much from my CA father and initially believed that my calling was commerce. However, when I joined college and started studying Commerce, I realized that maybe I got carried away by the family dream. I decided to not drag it out further and switched to Maths. This decision brought me to IIT Kota. With proper guidance and direction, I could accomplish more than I thought I could. As time went by, I began realizing that confidence didn’t come when I made a decision. It did when my decision started showing results. I also found out that, ultimately, it all boils down to the quality of your work and the value you add. That’s when you understand how fulfilling your job is. I am not the most optimistic person in the room but I keep putting in consistent efforts to work things out and consequently build confidence. I keep my fears in mind and take small steps toward achieving my goals. Chirag Jain (AVP)

Coming together is beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is a success. And when happiness is having a co-worker who becomes a friend, we are the happiest. Recently, all the colleagues from in or near the Chennai region planned to have a meetup in the office. From having a romantic conversation with a samosa to impressing our CEO with a ring in a wine glass (of course, it was a dare), it was full of joy. Here's a glimpse of the meetup :D P.S - Don't worry, all of us are doubly vaccinated and all COVID precautions were taken in care.
