We often talk about going beyond oneself but it’s difficult to apply it in personal life. Bringing a complete stranger into your life, giving them love, and making them a family is something beyond selflessness. This is the power of empathy and we saw that in one of our employees. “Being an older sister is a really new phase of my life. My family is now a foster family. A foster family is a family that takes care of a kid without any payment or any kind of money but just because they want to do it. My sister is really important to me and you can even hear my voice break when I talk of her because that is the amount of love we have for her. She came to our house 3 years ago and everything changed in my life because she just brought light to it. Now I’m learning how to be an older sister because earlier I was the youngest in my family and everyone used to pamper me. Now I have some to pamper, I learn everyday. We can’t even imagine a life without her now and don’t even remember how life used to be when she was not a part of it. When she became a part of our family, she was obviously
