Congratulations to our leaders who've recently completed our Inspiring Teams with IMPACT and Managing Teams with IMPACT programmes. 🥳 Our fantastic Leadership Development Programme has five pathways to choose from depending on where our colleagues are on their leadership journey. This led to a two-day face-to-face session with colleagues joining from across the world as a recognition of their hard work but also continuing to look at how we can develop further on our Managing with IMPACT programme which they’ve also completed. 🙌
