The MSCI India PRIDE chapter extended these journals to all India staff as a great way to begin the new year. The beautiful journals were procured from an LGBTQ+ owned business as a small way to support the community. The PRIDE chapter’s mission is to provide LGBT+ employees and allies with a group forum to help create an inclusive culture where all MSCI employees can be their authentic selves. Our Pune office officially became operational on April 1, 2020. Since then, despite all the challenges on the Covid-19 front, the office has seen exponential growth. Recently, we held an event for the office to virtually come together and celebrate MSCI culture. This was the genesis of Ekatra - which in Sanskrit means in one place, together. From engaging ice-breakers, followed by the inspirational and insightful messages senior leaders, to cultural elements narrated in a story telling format and then a moderated panel discussion on exceptional customer experience and an employee focused culture: Ekatra had it all. We concluded the event by thanking all our employees and most importantly, a promise to keep the MSCI culture alive in thought and action at the Pune office!
