During the event, the founders of All Abilities discussed their personal and professional motivation to launch the group and to further the agenda of inclusion at MSCI. Rich presented his firm’s approach to harness market forces to empower people with disabilities to excel with their companies and economy through increased productivity and enhanced returns.
