This Pride Month, we’re celebrating the uniqueness and diversity of our extraordinary NICErs with a packed calendar of fun events! Showing loud and proud that NICE is a vibrant and colorful place to work, our offices across the globe have been dipped in a canvas of color🌈! Highlights include panels featuring our own NICErs, interesting guest speakers, education stations, Lunch and Learns, Pride Happy Hours and other colorful celebrations. At NICE we continue to implement an equal, inclusive, and diverse culture, not only during Pride month, but every day of the year.
Challenging their limits and smiling, the squad from NICE Singapore got their sweat on for a great cause 🌏! Dozens of NICErs – from our Sales, Partners, Pre-sales, Finance, HR, and Professional Services teams – participated in The Income Eco Run, which advocates for a zero-waste lifestyle. Tying in with World Environment Day, a global event that encourages taking action to improve the climate crisis, the Eco Run raised funds for the Singapore Environment Council (SEC) in support of the Zero Waste cause! Well done, NICE Singapore!
BE REAL. BE YOU. BE NICE. As part of our many Pride events, we also held 2 global panels entitled “Loud and Proud” and “My Family, My Pride”. It was heartwarming and inspiring to hear from our very own NICErs – members of the LGBTQIA+ community, family members, and allies of the community – who shared their personal stories, adversities and victories. Our NICErs talked openly about the importance of inclusion and acceptance without judgement, within the workplace, the family, and society. They discussed the power of diversity and how enabling people to be their true, authentic selves in the workplace allows them to lead full professional lives. Thanks to our NICErs who participated in the panels – we were privileged to hear your stories and appreciate your openness and honesty. Happy Pride Month!
Its Official!
NICErs in the Philippines soaked up a day of fun, sun, food and thrill-seeking adventure! The team, together with their families, kicked off summer in the best possible way with an action-packed day at the Enchanted Kingdom theme park. NICErs showed off their competitive spirit in a series of wacky and hilarious challenges that certainly made their presence in the park known. Happy Summer, NICE Philippines 🌞❤️
We’ve wrapped up our longstanding Global Community Month, where teams of NICErs across the globe rolled up their sleeves and volunteered tens of thousands of hours in their communities. NICErs gave back by packing thousands of food and care packages for homeless shelters, refugees, and disadvantaged families. They also made an impact by connecting with the elderly and children with disabilities, assisting at animal shelters, collecting tons of litter from beaches and parks, planting trees, renovating schools and NGO centers, and so much more!
Blood donation is vital! It only takes a few minutes and can save countless lives! Hundreds of selfless NICErs gathered to donate blood during the annual NICE GTC Blood Drive in Pune – an inspiring demonstration of their sense of community and shared responsibility. Every Drop Matters🩸
Who can argue with a holiday where you’re encouraged to eat cheesecake? To celebrate Shavuot, NICE Israel went all-out and turned their piazza into a vibrant market with a range of stalls where NICErs could fill their baskets with fresh food and local products in the theme of the “Festival of the Harvest”. Delicious desserts and drinks were on hand for a morning of sunshine, good music and celebrating with fellow NICErs.
NICE Bolivia marked its 10th anniversary, having tripled the number of NICErs since they opened their office doors a decade ago! NICErs celebrated their incredible achievements and contributions with a night of camaraderie including dinner, dancing, and awards. It’s no wonder that NICE Bolivia is celebrating its second consecutive year as a certified Great Place to Work! Felicidades!
A team of NICErs – software developers, product managers, product designers, software architects, and data scientists – served as judges and mentors at the HackRU Hackathon, held at Reichman University. They were thoroughly impressed by the hundreds of talented students from various universities. NICE presented the students with a challenge to improve customer experience by employing advanced technologies. The winners showed their innovative thinking by leveraging AI to improve the training process in customer service centers. Cheers to these up-and-coming tech leaders!
