NICErs from our Richardson, Texas location – home of our Workforce Management (WFM) solutions – took time out from their busy schedules to flex their athletic muscles in an intensely competitive two-day Ping Pong Tournament. Turns out Richardson has some expert ping pong players, with 12 teams participating in the fun event. Congrats to all the winners!
Each year the Women Tech Council recognizes technology companies that are shattering the glass ceiling for women in the technology space, through their prestigious Shatter List. We are excited to announce that for the 6th year in a row, NICE has been included on the Shatter List, recognizing NICE’s commitment to building an inclusive culture. NICE runs multiple initiatives for women, including special technology forums and our flagship Code:Coda program which introduces teenage girls to the world of coding to encourage them to pursue careers in tech.
Across the globe, NICE focuses on finding meaningful ways to give back to our communities. A community cause that we love to champion is the education of our youth, and particularly, giving them access to technological education and tools. As part of our community outreach initiatives, NICE, in partnership with Rotary Club, fitted out a fully equipped e-learning classroom for a government aided school in Pune, that serves 1,000+ students (std. 1-10) from disadvantaged backgrounds. The classroom was renovated and fitted with a monitor connected to advanced education software that provides learning materials. Students will also benefit from the 40 tablets NICE supplied for the e-classroom.
We love our precious planet and always do our part to look after it the best we can 💚 NICErs across the globe celebrated Earth Day with a variety of fun, eco-friendly events that were both educational and future thinking. From receiving potted plants which NICErs decorated, to planting trees, herbs, and flowers in our offices, participating in educational recycling workshops and even pledging to reduce their personal carbon footprint, NICErs made the most of this day. Delicious plant-based meals were on offer to help our teams fuel up while they dug into the dirt and reconnected with Mother Earth 🌍🌱 ✨
Family Day is all about connecting with loved ones and creating new memories. And that’s exactly what we did! To celebrate this special day in Israel, over 500 NICErs and their families took part in one of two outings. For the night owls, there was a magical lantern walk in the evening hours to explore the night sounds. And for those who prefer daylight, there was a hike in a nature reserve with gorgeous views of the olive trees and blooming cyclamens. Our NICE families definitely created some beautiful memories to be shared forever!
250 NICErs from the Sandy office and their guests took over the VIP area of Vivint Arena last night! The nail-biting game had us on the edge of our seats with an exciting finish of the Utah Jazz defeating the Sacramento Kings 128-120! NICE + NBA is definitely a winning combo. NICErs got free Utah Jazz shirts and toured the Clap-in-Tunnel, welcoming Utah Jazz to the floor. And for the cherry on top, the entire NICE team enjoyed time on the court after the game to take our own winning shots!
Ladies from our London and Southampton offices also celebrated International Women’s Month! At both events, NICErs heard about our activities dedicated to women, including the Women in Tech committee, and conversations followed about the challenges that women still face today. It was a great time of getting to know one another on a deeper level and creating a strong community of NICE women!
Within the framework of our activities for International Women’s Month, NICErs from our Israel office made their mark by supporting an organization that aids female victims of violence and at-risk girls. Over the last month, our awesome NICErs brought in huge amounts of self-care and hygiene products, cosmetics, toiletries, and clothing. All the items were packed up and are now being sent to women and girls at shelters across the country. We hope that these women and girls will feel the love shared by our NICErs, and that it will give them strength as they recover and rebuild their lives.
The International Women’s Month celebrations continue! Our incredible Hoboken women came together outside the office, and were inspired by fellow NICE women sharing their lengthy and varied career journeys at NICE. Supporting and uplifting each other is what we do at NICE. Our women are stronger together!
Women have a unique ability to nurture and grow – and what better way to showcase this than by creating something beautiful? For International Women’s Month, NICE women from our Singapore team participated in a terrarium workshop where they learned the delicate art of creating miniature gardens. What a perfect way to celebrate the beauty and strength of women!
