At our upcoming global Sparkathon, innovation is the name of the game. That’s why NICErs were treated with a riveting lecture: Happiness as a Key to Excellence and Innovation. In his talk, Associate Prof. of Clinical Neuroscience Yoram Yovell (Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center, The Hebrew University) gave surprising insights on how we can learn to be happy, and how it affects our ability to innovate and create fresh ideas. After 2+ years of remote work, NICE’s Global Talent Center (GTC) in Pune, India, is back with our hybrid NICE-FLEX model! NICErs from our GTC went back to the office in style, to the happy beat of drums. The festive and colourful events and activities kicked-off with Barry Cooper, President of WCX, and Awan Roy, Head of India GTC, leading a traditional diya lighting celebration. Nostalgia was strong with NICErs reconnecting with friends, colleagues, and their workspace, as they recalled fond memories by the tea stalls. For many new (and already not so new) NICErs that have joined over the past few years, excitement ran high as they had their first chance to meet team-mates face-to-face and to see the office.
