What a NICE Magical Experience! Thousands of NICErs and their families played NICEverse - the out-of-this-world Augmented Reality family challenge – to win a magical jam-packed trip to Disneyworld Orlando, FL and Disneyland Paris. Just before the summer ended, the winners and their families returned exhilarated from their trips - a NICE Magical Experience that they will never forget! Check out this clip for a small taste of the magic that was the NICE Magical Experience! See you in our next CEO competition…
Our summer camp on wheels has begun! Over 100 young boys and girls – kids of NICErs from our Israel office – are enjoying exciting activities across the country. From a private movie screening to Amazing Race missions, rock climbing, the Puppet Theater Art Museum, and the aquarium, the kids have loved meeting new friends through fun and festive activities. And to top it all off, our next-gen NICErs were thrilled with fun time in the swimming pool and water games to cool off from the August heat. This is how summer fun really feels!
This year, out of over 50 companies, NICE Bolivia was awarded third place in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) for Women category! And on top of that, we were the first-placed high-tech company. The GPTW title is awarded to companies based on a survey taken by employees. This incredible recognition embodies our long-standing commitment to create a positive and inclusive work environment. Felicidades!
Meet Peta Howard! “NICE is an exciting organization to work for. I have been able to continually challenge myself at this organization and I’m looking forward to the future of the team and my career with NICE.” Peta’s journey starts in 2014 when she joined NICE as a subcontractor delivering NICE Performance Management (NPM) in Seoul, South Korea. Since then, she has held a variety of roles in Services. After Peta moved back to her home country, Australia, she took on the role of Services Director for ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) and, most recently, Peta’s role expanded even further to include project delivery across the ANZ region for WCX and CXone. Fun Fact: Peta led a team in the most recent Impact Awards, and impressively, her team came in 2nd place for the “Expanding our Global Footprint” category. Go Peta!
In preparation for our upcoming Extreme Office Makeover in Ra’anana, and our temporary move to the adjacent building, we decided to kick off the process the way we know best – with a celebration! ☀️ In true August spirit, we threw a fun summer party with lots of yummy beach food, colorful cocktails, great music, and a decadent ice-cream stand. And of course, an ocean of other surprises! 🏖️ SEA you in the new building! 👋🏼
Recently our CXone NICErs enjoyed a fun day at Lagoon – a popular local amusement park in Salt Lake City, US! From mind-twisting games, to customizing NICE t-shirts, to adrenaline-filled rides – our NICErs made the most out of this fun day with their families and friends despite the summer rain downpour. Wishing a happy summer to all ☀️
Celebrating love on Tu B’Av 💕 Valentine's Day has arrived in Israel, and we couldn’t think of a better way to honor it than by gifting each NICEr a box of delicious and beautiful chocolates – all handmade by a wonderful association that prepares at-risk teens for employment. Love is truly in the air. Can you feel it?
Family fun in the Hoboken sun! Overlooking the incredible New York City Skyline and the Hudson River, food, fun and activities is what our NICErs enjoyed at the Hoboken Pier! From carnival games to water activities, from VR games to suspension bungy and water battles, there was something for everyone at our summer celebration! And if that’s not enough, there was also volleyball, mini golf and NICErs trying their luck at cornhole. Wishing everyone and their families a great summer!
Code:Coda mentors, you did it again! For the third year in a row, around 60 female NICErs – all working in tech professions – mentored our unique Code:Coda program aimed at encouraging teen girls to choose a career path in the tech world. These mentors have done an outstanding job of accompanying and inspiring the girls, and serving as excellent role models for them. This year, 260 girls are graduating from the Code:Coda program with vast knowledge in programming and a strong belief in themselves and their ability to conquer the tech world – and it’s all thanks to our mentors! As a token of appreciation for their volunteer work, we held a special event for our mentors which included an open conversation with NICE CEO, Barak Eilam, about the importance of the Code:Coda program in addressing the gender imbalance in the tech world. Additionally, NICE bought tickets for all mentors to an awesome concert by none other than Dudu Tassa, with all proceeds from the event donated to an important cause: the Center for Victims of Sexual Assault. Looking forward to Code:Coda 2023!
Come ONE, come all! We were delighted to return to a colorful, face-to-face celebration for children of our NICErs who will be starting first grade after the holidays. The excited children enjoyed craft and game stalls, colorful face painting and hair braiding, and an amusing chemistry show by “Dr. Molecule”. They were also thrilled to receive their new school bags, full of essential school supplies. While we always enjoy a good celebration, it is also important to us to give back to the community. Dozens of brand-new school bags were donated to the “Pitchon Lev” association, which seeks to break the cycle of poverty. Additionally, NICErs are collecting used school bags and supplies, to donate the required equipment to more disadvantaged children. Good luck to our first-graders, get ready to reach for the stars!
