Get fit for a cause on Mental health Week!! “Rolling Towards Happiness: Mental Health Matters” RepCares Cycling Event 🚴♀️ - On the occasion of World’s Mental Health Day, we at Reputation IDC organised a cycling event with our employees. We supported this program to bring awareness to mental awareness. 😊 We're committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for our employees. That's why we're thrilled to share that our recent Corporate Cycling Event - A first-of-its-kind sustainable solar roof cycling track near Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road (ORR) ) witnessed an incredible turnout! . We had a privilege to do cycling for 13 KM under the solar roof track 🚴♂️ . Seeing so many employees embracing this event with such energy and passion is a testament to the amazing spirit of our team. Not only did we cycle together, but we also strengthened our bonds and promoted a healthier, more active lifestyle.

This week our Reputation IDC team was fortunate to experience to be involved in volunteering for providing their services to the Akshayapatra Foundation. Akshaya Patra is a non-profit organisation based in India that operates one of the world's largest mid-day meal programs for school children. The organisation's mission is to eliminate classroom hunger and support the education of underserved children by providing them with nutritious meals. Akshaya Patra is known for its efficient and innovative approach to food distribution and it collaborates with the Indian government and various donors to reach millions of children across India. The name "Akshaya Patra" is derived from a mythical, never-ending vessel of food mentioned in Hindu mythology. As RepCares volunteers we got the opportunity to visit one of its mega kitchen which serves 100,000 meals per day to the several government school children. It was an amazing experience to involve ourselves in different tasks like cleaning, chopping and sorting the vegetables. During lunch we were fortunate to taste their meal. At Reputation Hyderabad, we celebrated the 77th Independence Day in the office. It was a great way to foster a sense of national pride and unity among employees. Entire office was beautifully decorated with tricolour themes. The Cultural Program, was a celebration that resonated with the spirit of patriotism, unity, and cultural richness. On August 10th, our office premises transformed into a hub of creativity and enthusiasm as employees came together to commemorate the Independence Day of our nation. The sight of employees dressed in radiant ethnic wear was more than just a display of fashion; it was a reflection of the spirit of unity and diversity that defines our nation. It showcased how, despite our differences, we stand united in honoring our history, embracing our cultures, and working together towards a brighter future.

Employees from our Scottsdale office had the opportunity to volunteer recently at Feed My Starving Children in Mesa, AZ. As part of a larger group of people that we volunteered with, we were able to pack over 32,000 meals for children! FMSC is a well-run organization doing amazing things across the globe. If you are looking to give back, this is an extremely rewarding and fun way to do it. Please check them out and join in on the giving!
