In today's world, education is a powerful tool that can transform the lives of individuals and shape the future of communities. Unfortunately, many underprivileged schools face significant challenges in providing quality education due to limited resources and inadequate infrastructure. Vaidik Dharma High School is one of the underprivileged school in Hyderabad. Through our Repcare initiatives with the “Back to the School” theme, today we visited this school and contributed as per their ask. With our contribution, the school will be able to enhance its infrastructure and will be able to provide the students a better classroom. We are highly obliged to the IDC employees who have contributed for this great cause. Thanks to all the dedicated volunteers of IDC Repcare team for their efforts in planning and executing the whole event successfully.

At Reputation Hyderabad we had a wonderful experience celebrating Kids Day in June month. It was a great fun filled event which engaged employee families and created an inclusive environment. The day was filled with a wide range of activities that catered to children of all ages. The interactive workshops for the kids, different types of games, tattoo & Nail paint artists and a dance floor for the kids were nicely arranged. It was truly heartwarming to witness the smiles, laughter, and connections made throughout the day. It’s always great to be in an organisation that values the well-being and happiness of its employees and their families. The Kids Day celebration was a testament to the positive culture we have cultivated here. Kudos to the facilities team and all the dedicated volunteers for their efforts in planning and executing the whole event in such a way that made it a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We recently had the opportunity to host the IB.Cricket team for an immersive VR cricket event at our office. 🏏🎮 It was an incredible experience, bringing the thrill of cricket right to our workplace. Our employees had a blast trying out this cutting-edge technology and engaging in some friendly competition. We believe in fostering a culture of innovation and fun, and this event perfectly captured that spirit. It was a fantastic opportunity for our team to bond, unwind, and showcase their cricket skills in a whole new way. A big thank you to the IB.Cricket team for providing us with this unique experience. We're already looking forward to future collaborations and more exciting events that bring innovation and enjoyment to our workplace
Wrapping up May on a high note with an impactful session on mental health awareness for our incredible employees! We explored practical strategies for managing stress, fostering wellbeing and nurturing a supportive work environment. The session highlighted the importance of seeking help and embracing self care as acts of strength and courage. Additionally valuable tips were shared on how to grow in our own eyes. Thank you Mr. Arun Kumar Natha for leading this session.

Through our RepCares program, we gave back to the Austin community recently at Transform'23 North America by donating to CASA of Travis County, an organization doing heroic work for children in the foster care system. We were having a dinner outing this week, which was organised by the Engineering team, where employees were invited to socialise and enjoy a meal together outside of the workplace. This was helpful to boost morale, improve communication and collaboration and create a more positive work environment.
