Three things are important to make hybrid working successful: - Good IT equipment for the employees with a clear knowledge management - a culture of collaboration and trust - an office that fulfills the requirement of the future i.e a meeting space that allows everyone to get together to be creative and productive at the same time. Let's focuse for now on the last point - the office space. We had a grand opening of Software AG’s #JoinU9 #HybridWorking initiative in Darmstadt. The colorful and activity-based spaces with lounge chairs, beanballs, conference rooms and private phone booths invites every employee to be #innovative, #creative and most importantly reinforces the importance of #collaboration. As the sponsor of this fantastic project CFO Dr. Matthias Heiden and CHRO Dr. Elke Frank had the opportunity to visit the office. It was amazing to see his new office space come to life. A big “thank you” to the entire Hybrid Working team for making this happen. Welcome to Software AG's brand new working world!
At Software AG you are welcome in any language!

This contributed to a great work-university life balance. I was successful in my academic career, while also gaining a lot of experience in the corporate world. For the past few years, I gained a lot of experience and knowledge with the latest technologies used in software development. For me Software AG is a great place to improve both my soft and technical skills.

Balpreet: „I have been part of Software AG family since September 2016. I started as a student employee, at the beginning of 2018, when my Masters was about to end, I applied for the position of an Associate IoT Consultant and got selected. I work on the state of the art technology, facing and solving new challenges every other day which gives me a great satisfaction. But working here has not only had a positive impact on my work life but also on my personal one. When I started my fulltime job, I realized already after the first week that we have a great work life balance here at Software AG. I had so much time for myself after work, so I decided to make a change to my life and live healthier and more disciplined. I promised myself to not make any more excuses and do whatever it takes to achieve whatever I want in my personal and professional life. My personal b5 that have been guiding me ever since in personal and professional life is “Be a doer not a sayer”. So, after one year of hard work and getting daily motivation from my colleagues and I am in the best shape of my life.
