We are elated to announce that we have started taking steps towards becoming a true ally to the LGBTQ+ community. We are committed to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace for everyone at Zeta. In our recently held Zeta Dialogues Session with Zeta leadership on "Making a case for LGBTQ+ Inclusion” we loved hosting Mr. Chandra Duraiswamy (He/Him) who has been a flag bearer in making organisations truly diverse, and inclusive. This session led to a better understanding of the community’s needs, the positive impact on business, and laid the foundation for Zeta’s next steps towards building a safer and a more inclusive workplace, where people get to express and bring their true self to work.
