I applied online. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Pineville, NC) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied and received an email the next day asking to call for an interview, When the interview started off, the manager just asks you to tell them a little about yourself, like education and stuff, then they ask you about your past work experience and why you left your prior jobs. They mainly ask lots of scenario and "What If" questions, if the manager of the position you applied for like you he'll schedule you an interview with the general manager

Question 1
The questions were pretty easy, the scenario questions just began to get tedious and boring
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Gilbert, AZ)
Interview
This location has very friendly staff that wants you to succeed! Stopped by and got an informal interview since the manager was absent! Definitely recommend them for the interview process.
It was very standard and pretty easy interview. The questions were what you would expect for a food customer service job. Nothing too crazy or any thing. I remember a couple hypothetical situations involving customers/staff relations.
Easy to interview and get a job on the spot. Managers are knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They describe the job responsibilities throughly. This process also did not take long.
