Fairly limited formal training. There is some but the emphasis on this has reduced over time. Most development has to be done on the job.

To be honest it’s hard to achieve progress in this position pay wise, and can be challenging to move departments. They do offer LinkedIn learning, and depending on what type of employee you are they have access to of training programs as well.
