Management openly discriminates against veterans and other groups. Promotes only incompetence and lacks any vision. Cannot keep engineers and has high turnover (they leave because they can see this is an awfully company).

- Terrible work life balance as you work 9-10 hour days and they expect you to work even after normal work hours and on the weekends - No real guided training to start as they have you do some online courses and then throw you on the phones - No real help from other recruiter as you are technically competition against each other - $16/hr to start for the first 3 months - Blatant favoritism of certain employees - High school clique mentality - Abusive management - Refusal to address outside factors like the economy in an employee's performance - Inconsistently enforcing their work from home policy - Borderline retaliatory actions and verbal abuse for actually using PTO and flexibility - Constant threats of firing you if they deem you below your expected growth line - Restricted growth opportunities as the only way to move up is to go into sales as an account manager

Good work/life balance, remote work, and minimal overhead as long as you are doing good work.
