-BAYADA stamps its "BAYADA Way" on everything it makes, but these values mean nothing to current leadership -BAYADA consistently invests in failed technologies and takes too long to pivot -Recent layoff of 10% of support staff targeted company veterans who have been here for decades, built relationships with the Baiada family and many other company stakeholders, and who have worked significant unpaid overtime. No one's job is safe -Overtime and On-Call duties are only vaguely compensated, if at all -Contractors are baited with the theoretical idea of one day being convert to Full Time, but never are anymore. -Bad benefits
