BCC is totally different from Bain & Company and hence the culture, few senior leadership people are running the organization and rest all levels have to follow their whims and fancies Minimum flexibility, micro management, bad leave policy (need to apply one month prior to the date), total number of leaves are also less and 5 mandatory leaves at the end of the year when office is closed is also deducted from employee's balance The worst part is ack. and eod mails to onshore teams are being reviewed at multiple levels. Manager written mail is reviewed by Senior manager and so on. Good place for college pass outs and that's why this is a bottom heavy organization

Advice to Management

Why BCC hire experienced people if the common philosophy is even a tenured or a senior employee can't communicate or write proper emails

Strong mentors who really care, great flexibility and support for maternity leave, a lot of choice on how you want to 'build your own bain' in terms of areas to focus, how to architect your own role and learning. Great place for energizing teamwork and solving interesting problems.
