Company has a good pay rate, and good shift differential for night shift workers. They also have the best health insurance I have ever had hands down. Decent people work there and the job isn't hard really, just very physical.

They do often have unrealistic expectations for their production standard and do not seem to give any consideration to factors beyond your control such has system failures, lack of stock or lack of equipment. They also have a ridiculous amount of mandatory overtime. Now this does mean you make more money but you have zero work life balance.

Nightly shifts regularly surpass 12 hours, Poor Work/Life Balance, required to stay late, then arrive early next day for meetings/trainings, Training schedules do not accommodate night shift workers. Failure to embrace LEAN Six Sigma, multiple no value added processes for Cardinal Health in use for Depew Outbound.
