Does Columbia Threadneedle Investments have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

Downtown location is nice (if your commute in isn't terribly long)

Cons

No mentorship from senior leaders and management, there's a clear divide between management and those below They only hire usually senior roles, very top heavy, no growth opportunity for more junior roles No local HR support for employees Won't take suggestions for updated processes, or say they'll talk about ideas and never do 50 shades of beige for an office environment, it's depressing, kitchens are little closets without even a toaster Performance management, reviews, and comp structure are not transparent at all, very antiquated process Lots of people just coast and it shows Employees are not all treated equally on teams in terms of policy and flexibility

Advice to Management

I have no idea how this company has made it, it is so antiquated. No idea where to begin giving advice.
