Terrible pay, no overtime and few opportunities for career advancement. HR is useless and agents treat their assistants like slaves with impunity. It’s only a matter of time until someone sues. Do yourself a favor and DON’T WORK HERE.

The culture perpetuated by upper management is toxic. Agents treat their assistants like garbage and HR doesn’t seem care. Assistants are paid minimum wage without overtime. Management needs to invest in training employees for career advancement. They’ll never retain quality talent if they continue treating employees this way.
