Pros
Work life balance is great, benefits are awesome, career development is incredibly important to the company culture and they really do provide you the tools to succeed. If you are interested in rear development, there's almost no better place. The campus is beautiful and the food they serve is amazing and cheap. I really can't say enough good things about this place.
Cons
The interview process left me with a lot of questions, and it seems like the recruiters don't have the best idea of what it's like on the ground. Onboarding consistently gets delayed by a month. Pay isn't often not as much as competitors, benef but benefits, culture, and campus more than makeup for it.
