Cons

Sexual harassment is pretty rampant in the IT resident program. Managers seem to be oblivious to their female employees in crisis. The Googlers that you help can be pretty entitled and tend to give a lot of attitude (but not outright fits because they would get fired) when they come into the tech stop.

Advice to Management

When an employee comes to you and says someone is making her uncomfortable then has to take three months leave because of it before leaving the program completely. Listen to them.
