Such high expectations for a position that you may not be compatible with, but in order to move to a department in which you are compatible, you have to become incredibly skilled in the starting point— inbound calls. Really disheartening. Long hours with salary, which does not measure up to the amount of work. Sell your soul only to struggle finding childcare for extended hours and definitely use your benefits to find a therapist. Good news? You can make more money provided people submit surveys for you.

- Goosehead is a career which requires patience, as it can take varying amounts of time to find high levels of success. All the tools are handed to you to win, but sweat equity is a must as you build and develop your market. Any sales position to start is difficult as you cut your teeth, things are no different here. I've come from another industry and can assure that the grass is NOT always greener on the other side

Goosehead is a company full of hard-working, driven individuals. It is not going to be a company for everyone but it's an amazing company to build a long term career and truly enjoy coming to work everyday. I have never once dreaded coming into the office. I am constantly growing and learning knew things. I have worked for many different companies and Goosehead is by far the best and headed in the right direction.

There are certain leaders who are amazing at what they do but not necessarily servant leaders. Be mindful in selecting the right people to lead.
