Pros
NA, no any good thing
Cons
This company is very very disgusting, I am wondering how can they survive today? 1) they will ask you to purchase corporate insurance, most of vendors won't ask you to do that, just keep in mind they ask 2M liabilities, not 1M. They said it’s the advantage for employers to choose their company, yes if you want to promote your business you shall take the money from your pocket, not from your contractors’ pocket! 2) they are paying by monthly, and they have the timesheet approval "deadline", if you miss 1 day, they will simply delay your payment to next month. All other companies will follow the contractor to make sure no missing payment, but they don't care. They are the first company I ever had seen is so rude and ridiculous. They don’t care contractors. 3) If you work as a contractor and just get hired, you have to prepare 2 months for no incoming. Their payment schedule is ridiculous, let’s say when you start on June 1, then your first payment is July 23 and they just pay you from June 1 to June 18, they will hold you more than 1 month payment. 4) the background check is the worst, they have the BGC company called "HireRight", They cannot answer you any simple question, and it is very difficult to touch "HireRight", the BGC experience will definitely be your nightmare in your life. 5) another stupid thing, they won’t pay you on time by schedule, they keep saying the payment will be later for 24-48 hours, that’s ridiculous, most of normal vendors they pay the salary on time even in advance 1 day. This company is so so ridiculous, they are the worst I have ever seen so far. please avoid to sign any contract with them. If you are really interested the job they send to you, you can just ask the JD from them and try to connect to any other vendor for it. Any other vendors are much better than Hays.
