Does Indeed offer massages?

Pros

Indeed is a place they walk the talk, we truly believe in creating a platform to help people find jobs. There has been numerous occasions in which decisions were made not to pursuit revenue because it was against the values of the company. First place I have joined where I feel the work I do can actually make a difference in the world. Besides this there are other reasons why Indeed is great: -Colleagues are nice and respectful -Great work life balance -Free breakfast and lunch provided -Monthly happy hour drinks -Competitive salary -Amazing office -Unlimited PTO (which you can actually take them without guilt) -Plenty of opportunities for internal transfers

Cons

nothing really, maybe its time to review our IT equipment vendor, some of the equipments are of low quality.n

Does Indeed offer relocation assistance?

Pros

- work/life balance - supportive colleagues - well developed DI&B - well developed/structured processes - great benefits package

Cons

- hiring freezes/recession sensitive - no perm contract - processes very much set in stone - not honest about the reason of resignation (I had only good reviews, but they were zooming in on very non-essential details to give them a ‘reason’ for resignation) A very big mistake? Or was there another reason (e.g. a recession)?

Advice to Management

- A little bit more freedom to be able to be creative and work in a way that works best for the employee; everybody has their own work style. It improves diversity. Processes are good, but sometimes the situation asks for another approach. - Be honest.

Pay is good, flexibility to work remote and get the job done. Good benefits and Medical coverage

Cons

It really depends on your manager, there are good managers that have managed before and then there are other managers who are trying to make their mark and not looking out for their team.
