Pension is good, truly practice flexible working. Core hours are 10-4, you can choose to start early and finish early or start later and finish later

Don't take the time to train you if you're not grad level. If you come in mid level there's an expectation you know how to do system admin tasks because most people at that level have worked up from grad level. Was often made to feel like I should know something with no consideration taken for the fact I had just started.
