I have been working at Ipsos full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great set of clients some good people Pretty office

    Cons

Crazy working hours and no respect for 'working hours'. some senior leaders are very cold and have no empathy/respect for others - feel that they know it all. They are calling people to work from different ends of the city irrespective of whether the employee has a personal mode of transport/not (like they pay 4 lakhs a month) - so much for the work that can very well be done from home. Overall, needs better set of people who care for one another and respect each other irrespective of designation. Seniors here cant even fake politeness, the tonality of emails is disgusting.
