Flexible Start and End Times Hands-Off Management Amazing Employee Discount on Beverages Compensate for Driving Long Distances

Cons

EARLY start times, need to get there early before shoppers do... but we are talking 6am, so good luck drinking or staying up the night before Pay is meh Some of your coworkers will be interesting...

Does PepsiCo offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

The company has great health benefits and after 6 months of being fulltime through their guide program you are able to go back to school and get 100% of the tuition covered through select programs. They also promote internally so, there is a lot of room for growth.

Cons

12 hour shifts if you're salaried you're looking at closer to 13-14 hr shifts with meetings, office work, etc. Production is 24/7 Production seems to be the scape goat for all other departments
