Company offers great benefits and a flexible work schedule. there are also plenty of opportunities to continue learning and growing professionally, especially through team collaboration and internal trainings

Due to the size and structure of the organization, processes can be slow and bureaucratic. Even simple tasks may require multiple tickets and approvals, which can be time-consuming and sometimes frustrating. Can be stressful to meet tight timeline.

Shifting priorities, relatively slow career growth

Great pay and commission with flexible working hour with office reporting only once a week. Yearly increment based on performance. Ample of opportunities but you must be vocal and be seen to be given a chance.

Too many paper works to be submitted every month even though the company has cut down on certain unnecessary reports. Can be quite political in certain teams. Have to be strong to survive.

Flexible schedule, depending on the group the work life balance can be good

Job security is not ideal. Below average salary compared to adjacent roles. Lack of support from management When layoffs happen promotions and bonuses are affected

Working with HQ and global means calls early morning or late night. But doable.
